The price for this was really good and it’s cheaper to do this than buy the bottles. I love the taste of this and that it’s not sucralose. I like the fact that it’s 3 flavors. Dissolves easily. It helps me stay hydrated.

Noticeable impact in workout and recovery
So far the best electrolytes for the per package price that we’ve found. Good salt and magnesium content. My husband and I are both runners and these have a noticeable positive impact on our running and recovery. Dissolved well enough. Prefer the strawberry kiwi and tropical punch flavors, but the lemon lime is good too.

This Is An Excellent Product!
This is an excellent product. It was recommended to me by a nutrionist to help with certain medical conditions to restore electrolytes without the high sugar content of some of the liquid products, like Gator-Aid (a fine product, but too much sugar). It comes in slim packets as a powder. It mixes well with water or juice and this flavor is very tasty. I recommend this product very much

I love all of the BodyArmor Flash I.V. packs! Between the Strawberry Kiwi and Grape though… woot! My kiddo needs electrolytes quickly after sports… we both need them after exercise. I’m on Keto too and these are VERY low TOTAL carbs and meet needs of getting the daily salt requirements. There are some options out there, but they are a lot more expensive. These are great value plus I pour a little table salt in to match others and meet my sodium needs for the day. They mix well too… and taste great… within about 5-10 minutes, I can feel it helping and pumping me back up. We carry them to the ball park, while out, and for travel… easy… all you need is a bottle of water!
