Pretty Good Gluten Free Snacks
I normally do not like gluten free snacks, but someone at work picked up a box of these to have in our conference room. I tried one and really enjoyed the taste. Before I go into detail, here are some good/bad things about these treats:Good:- Taste: These are surprisingly good. I especially like the strawberry and apple. The peanut butter and jelly was good, but not great. They are made better with having them with coffee.- Filling: Even though these are pretty small, these are filling and great for a morning snack from time to time. I keep mine in a drawer at my desk and have one when I get in to get me going when I do not have time for breakfast.Bad:- Cost: These are expensive, running about $1 per muffin, which is a lot for the size. You don’t want to sit and eat a box in one sitting. The number of muffins per box is 5, you get 2 boxes of each flavor to get you the 30 total muffins. Personally, this is more of a special treat or made for someone who really cannot eat gluten and wants something a little sweet here and there.- Texture: The texture take a little getting used to. It is like eating oatmeal that has been pressed together and not quite cooked all the way, with some filling in the center. It isn’t bad, but it will catch you off guard at first.Those are just my quick thoughts on these. If I could choose just one flavor to get, I’d go with the strawberry. I think those have the best taste. The peanut butter and jelly was mainly peanut butter tasting and really was not impressive. The apple was also very good, so that’s a close second to the strawberry. The taste really did surprise me for a glute free snack. On taste alone, I’d buy these again. Remember, this is my opinion, and I love strawberry. The texture, as I stated above, is odd and can make it seem as though they are not cooked or stale. It did not bother me, but others may not care for it.Would I buy these again? Yes, but not often. I really did enjoy the taste and how well they would fill me up when I missed breakfast in the morning, but the cost is just a bit too high for an every day treat. I have a friend that has a gluten allergy, so I would recommend them to her.

Our whole family loves these delicious oat bites! They’re both a hearty snack and a good treat. As someone who eats gluten free, I am grateful for this option. Wish they weren’t so high in calories for such a tiny snack, but they’re so good it’s ok.

Does Not Include Chocolate Chips
Pretty good overall, except the chocolate chip ones DOES NOT HAVE CHOCOLATE CHIPS. Highly disappointed after opening 2 boxes. Needs better quality control.
