If it is tightened well, it hurts front of shoulder and rib cage. And it is still not helping to keep good posture.If it is not as tight, then it is comfortable and does nothing at all.Need a real medical custom made brace to work.

Finally Found Something That Fixed My Posture!
I’ve been using this back posture corrector for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in how I sit and stand. I spend a lot of time at my desk, and I used to catch myself slouching all the time. After wearing this for a few weeks, my posture feels more natural and upright, even when I’m not wearing it.The design is lightweight and adjustable, which I really appreciate. The straps are soft and breathable, so it doesn’t feel too restrictive. It took a few days to get used to the pressure on my shoulders, but after that, it became comfortable enough to wear for a few hours a day without any issues.I also like that it’s easy to put on and adjust the velcro straps make it simple to get the right fit. I usually wear it under my clothes, and it’s discreet enough that no one notices.

I really like this posture corrector but I ordered size medium and should have ordered a small. The medium doesn’t offer enough support. I am 5’7” and weigh 135 lbs

Horrible Product
Shoulder straps way too long and attach with Velcro. Even if they were shorter, the straps would still have to be attached with Velcro. Velcro falls apart. Useless product.
