I’m a fan of the idea of these, I’m just not a fan of this particular scent. It made me nauseous right away and I had to toss it almost immediately. Even my kids wanted to barf when they smelled this. If I walked into a bathroom that smelled like this I would assume someone had sprayed cheap febreeze in order to cover up a bad smell. It’s not pleasant. I can’t.

Need more than 1 per use
This did not work well for me. I kept it on my clothes but as I continue to move around the tabs kept coming off my clothes. Will not stick this to my skin. I have to use more than 1 to be able to smell the oil. However, I may consider using a couple on my pillowcase or some other use but as for on my skin or my clothes, does not work for me.

Horrible adhesion!
I loved her what was packaged in individual packets that could easily be slipped into a pocket or purse. The cent was pleasant and when placed on the chest was perfect to get the aroma up to the nose. That’s where anything I like about it ends. Trying to get the actual sticker away from its backing is a major pain in the butt and a bit of a learning curve. But the adhesion is poor at best. I would end up finding this little disc on the floor somewhere in the house or inside my bra. So until they get a better adhesion, I’m not recommending it

Wellness aromatherapy inhalation tabs
I’ve never smelled anything as unique and luxurious as this. When this arrived I saw it as “tabs” thinking it was tablets but it is actually a small patch, somewhat like medications are given through. I also researched and found some big named hospitals are encouraging patients with nausea, anxiety and pain after often offered this type of patch for relief. What a great idea. I found this to be an extremely calming treat to your soul and mind. I felt within minutes calmness falling over me and actually if I wasn’t cooking supper I’d want to take a nap lol. The oils in this patch include the following: Bergamot oil is extracted from the rinds of citrus fruit (Citrus bergamia) that grow on bergamot orange trees. Bermamot oils create both an uplifting and calming environment. Ginger: It can enhance concentration and it can soothe and reduce feelings of stress, sadness, anxiety, lethargy, agitation, dizziness, and fatigue. sweet marjoram: This might be a very important medicinal property of marjoram oil and can be a blessing for those who are at high risk of heart attacks, atherosclerosis, or brain hemorrhaging due to hypertension. As a vasodilator, it widens and relaxes the blood vessels, eases the flow of blood, and reduces blood pressure, thereby lessening the strain on the entire cardiovascular system. It may also help reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and brain hemorrhaging. Used topically, Ginger Essential Oil soothes redness, eliminates bacteria, inhibits the signs of skin damage and aging, and restores color and radiance to a dull complexion. Niaouli: Niaouli is a relative of Tea Tree! Breathe in the vapors and feel calm!

Delightfully interesting scent, sweet and spicy!
Scent: WellnessOkay, Breatherapy tabs are NOT inexpensive. However, the quality of the oils they use seems to be good and they are very good at coming up with interesting oil blends.Their “Wellness” blend was a little surprising and the scent wasn’t close to what I had thought it would be. I also found it to be sweet but not too sweet and spicy but not too spicy with just a hint of “green” from the sweet marjoram. This has definitely become a favorite scent blend!I’d thought about putting the tab under my shirt collar, but decided to attach it to the side of my desk instead. The scent lasted most of the day and was never more than pleasantly strong, so if I’d worn it close to my face I probably would not have liked it as much and might have found it overwhelming.Again, these tabs are NOT inexpensive, but I have tried quite a few of Breatherapy’s products and they do seem to be of good quality. There are only a few of the blends I didn’t like and that is just a personal preference.

Great vehicle for enjoying aromatherapy on the go – not intrusive for others
As a fan of aromatherapy products, I was very intrigued by these wearable aromatherapy patches. I think this scent has a very appealing blend: niaouli, ginger, bergamot, and sweet marjoram – but the ginger note stood out for me and I found it very enjoyable.You can wear the patch on clothing or directly on skin. I put it near my collarbone, so I was able to enjoy it all day. But the fragrance isn’t intrusive to people around you. The packaging says the fragrance will last 5-6 hours, but it lasted longer than that for me. When I was ready to remove it it came off easily, and there was no skin irritation.The patches are about the size of a quarter and packed in a foil envelope. There are eight envelopes in a cute box. They may be expensive for every day use, but I like keeping 1-2 in my purse. If I’m having a hard day, it feels uplifting to put on a patch and enjoy the pleasant fragrance.Very nice.

Not much scent
This is a great idea but the scent is practically undetectable. These tabs adhere well to clothing and I kept trying them closer and closer to my nose but never smelled anything. On the other hand I forgot to take one off a shirt before doing the laundry and it made everything smell terrific!
