It’s a horse race.
Everyone’s taste is different. I loathe this product, to me it tastes like Alka Seltzer and fresh grass clippings somehow had a baby. And the aftertaste is even worse!But my husband, on the other hand, loves it. He swears it’s a blend of pineapple and vanilla.I think cilantro tastes like Dawn dish soap. He loves it. So there’s that.He used to have tummy troubles especially after eating certain foods. Since he started AG1 that seems to have been relieved. He rides a road bike about 30 miles a day for exercise and uses the AG1 to replenish. He highly recommends it, me not so much.

This stuff is amazing. Taste is great and it’s all you need for a healthy vitamin base. Texture is gritty so if you don’t like grit then won’t be a good fit.

Trying this for digestive issues.One reviewer states that it doesnt contain iron or calcium.Cost– not sure how the ingredient list compares with other supplemental green products on the market such as cost and ingredient comparison. However, if this helps whatever issue one is taking it for-cost may not be a deal breaker and it may be worth it!! If one was to purchase all the supplements individually it would be expensive as well. So I think it all shakes out.UPDATE: have been on this for 3 months. I have noticed that my nails have never been in better shape, grow fast and my hair grows a lot. I use in the morning as my breakfast drink, add water, 3 ice cubes, a tad of fat free yogurt, frozen blueberries, half of banana etc if I know I won’t be eating until lunch. It is pricey but I wanted to give it a reasonable amount of time bf deciding to continue. I can now say that my tummy feels better and that I have more energy. (I am over 65) So for now I feel like it is worth the cost. I would recommend to try but give it more than a few weeks to determine.update—-bought this for my son age 40 bc he eats a lot of fast food pizza and cokes, his nutrition is like a teenager. He couldn’t tolerate the taste and only made it through 1 box with packets. I suggested to add things to it to improve taste. but wasn’t his idea so gave up and so did i.

Helped my 80 year old Mom, gave her energy again.
These were to much for me after my heart attack so I gave them to my 80 year old Mom, who rarely goes outside and could hardly walk. After taking these for a month, my Mom is up and going and loves going outside. I’m hoping I’ll be able to enjoy their benefit soon too. Well worth the money!!

Please not the quantity of servings is only 15 not 3 x 15.
This was a very misleading offering. I love AG1 but I read this as 15 packets per package times 3 packages. No where did it say that it was actually 5 packets per package, the only way to discover this was to look closely at the photographs. The cost per serving was significantly higher than other purchase options even with the sale discount.

TLDR; My stomach is happy and I haven’t been ill in months!
38M, 6’4″ 245 lbs. lifelong gerd sufferer. Migraines, random aches and pains, my solution was to take PPI’s, tums, pain meds etc. My two little ones seemed to always bring a new sickness to the house and I was in a state of CONSTANT illness/antibiotics.Clean eating, “good” multivitamin taken daily.Tired, no focus weight gain you know the drill.Then my coworker suggested I try AG1.That was over 3 months ago.My kids started school. Sick first week, guess what? Not me. In fact I feel fantastic.My Gerd? I haven’t taken a ppi in weeks. I do occasionally get some gerd flare ups but nothing like Ive had for years.My 💩? More consistent. Not too runny and no longer constipated. No more gut clenching gotta go right now moments.Was this stuff a miracle worker for me? Not exactly, Im still tired alot (looking into trace minerals) but my overall wellbeing has vastly improved.TLDR; Ive not been sick in 3 months, my gerd has settled way down. Way less bloating and clean bloodwork.Better bloodpressure and less brainfog.
