Perfect home exercise equipment
Love my hand weights. I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery and I do daily strengthening exercises. These weights are perfect and cost effective. They are sturdy, no sharp edges in case you drop them, and easy to add/delete weights in 1/2 lb or 1 lb increments. In fact, I am buying another set today because I’m getting stronger and I want to add a few more pounds to my base barbell. Great home exercise equipment. Highly recommended.

Received my dumbbell set and am so excited. I shattered my shoulder last year and have had to go to lower weights. These fit the bill! It’s so easy to add the change the weight, just turn and remove the end piece on each side, then add or subtract weight as needed with a simple twist. Replace the end piece and you are done! Easy Peasy! The grip is comfortable for me ( I just had to try them out immediately).

I really am enjoying these weights. The grips are easy to hold, a good size, and make them easy to use. I really like how the weight is so easily changed. They are well designed. And it all takes less space than a usual set of weights. A bag to hold the pieces you’re not using would be good. And I love the color!Great purchase!

Dumbbells with weights to add on
These are amazing. I have rotator cuff issues and have to do exercises that go from 2-5 lbs. I did not want to buy 4 different dumbbells in different weights. I was excited to see these on Amazon and decided to try them. They are perfect and you don’t have a bunch of different weights laying around just add the extra weight on the end very simple ! Definitely recommend

Super easy to add and remove weight!
Best weights ever! I opened the box and fell in love with these right away for the following reasons: (1) super easy to remove and add weight with a simple twist, (2) comfortable grip, (3) they were just like the picture, and (4) I got them delivered within two hours of placing the order. I’d give it five stars but I need to actually use them first before I give them the best possible rating. I have another set of adjustable weights and these blow them out the water in terms of ease of use. My other pair requires you to slide the weights on and off using a slide type of button. Often times I get my finger caught in the button or can’t remove them quickly enough to keep up if I’m doing an on demand class. These are so much easier to use!

Love these log free weights I use them for home floor pilates. As most of my at home work out attempts lose motivation from time to time i didn’t want to spend a lot or have something take up a lot of space. These can in great as you can store them all stacked up and they don’t break the bank.The plates are super easy to take on and off, you can do so in the middle of a work out without falling behind.The grip is great and the square shape is nice for stability (plus no roll away)It is a plastic and feels as so but the handle is coated in like a softer plastic maybe? still has a decent grip.
