Who Knew?
I have tried so many things to help me sleep at night without waking up every 4 hours from taking melatonin to using a sound box with earth-sound effects for relaxation. Nothing worked for me like using this weighted blanket. Not sure how it factors in, but so far each night I sleep under this incredible soft perfectly weighted blanket I have an awesome nights sleep. Doesn’t stay in place
It a great lap-size blanket. However it doesn’t stay in place over night. It’s great for my anxiety to help me fall asleep, but by morning it’s not on me anymore!
