Habit Nest Fitness Journals
Our Beginning:
Habit Nest sprouted from the shared vision of three pals who aimed to develop an app for cultivating healthy habits. Soon realizing that app development was beyond our budget (at the time), we pivoted to craft a journal experience that acts as a pocket-sized mentor, guiding the user.
What Sets Our Products Apart?
We integrate straightforward guidance with wisdom from genuine specialists. Rather than bombarding you, we accompany you step by step. Be it forming a fresh habit or charting fitness objectives, think of our journals as your on-hand supportive coach with a clear framework.

Nearly perfect!
I’m a 63 year old who has been practicing yoga for many years, but in a rather lazy and slipshod fashion. I tried videos and DVDs but honestly all the chatter annoys and distracts me.Enter this journal. Beautifully bound, full of useful information and really nice daily workouts. I put on some quiet music and have a wonderful session, with the book open on the floor for reference.Being older and having some arthritis, I really appreciate the extended warmups that get the joints moving. I need glasses to read, but the images and title text are big enough to cue me without glasses. Win!I am familiar with the poses in the book, so I don’t need to access the online materials via the QR code. However, there is much more information online that would be very useful to someone new to yoga. But be aware that if you are a beginner, you’re going to have to put forth real effort to learn the poses and flows. Take your time to really read and understand the proper form for each pose.Suggestions for HabitNest:The tiny light grey font with timing and details under each picture is very difficult to read and not inclusive for older folks or those with vision issues. That definitely needs improvement. Also, animations would be helpful for beginners, especially in the flow section, so they can see how to transition from pose to pose. The sequences ramp up quickly into more challenging poses, such as camel, eagle, and reverse tabletop. Please consider a journal more specifically geared towards beginners, to help them learn this wonderful practice.Overall, well done, HabitNest!

Hard bound Joga Journal
Really nice Yoga journal. I needed to restart my practice and this has great pictures of the poses, inspiration and places for goals. Happy with this journal.

A Life-Changing Companion in Grief, Healing, and Transformation
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (1,000,000 stars if I could!)This journal changed my life. I ordered The Yoga Sidekick Journal right as I began my weight loss and self-care journey—at a time when my father was declining in health. I was 45 and experiencing deep anticipated grief. When he passed, this journal became more than just a wellness tool; it became my daily anchor. The structure, the intentional prompts, the gentle encouragement—it all guided me through my grief and helped me stay grounded. Two years later, at 47, I’m still using it every single day.Combined with daily walking, going plant-based, and becoming more conscientious and consistent with my health, I’ve lost 90 pounds and maintained it. But more importantly, I gained a sense of peace and empowerment that I didn’t know was possible. This journal doesn’t just teach yoga—it teaches you how to show up for yourself, one page at a time. I truly cannot recommend it enough. It has helped me heal from loss, find joy in the everyday, and live a life I’m proud of.

Beautifully put together yoga journal
This journal is exactly what I needed to get back into my daily yoga routine: beautifully diagrammed poses with QR codes for more detailed descriptions, segmented daily poses with a place to write the date and thoughtful notes provided and spaces to write your own notes. The journal is very easy to follow for beginners or anyone just getting back into the swing of things and is full of information that I never knew. It’s bounded in a quality hard bound cover small enough to take with me to any overnights and has a place to store my pen. I’m only 8 days in, but I can tell this will be something I always come back to when I complete my 66 days challenge. Highly recommend! It’s chock full of supportive messages and will get you in the shape you want to be in!

Pay only once
What I enjoy best about this book is that I do not have to buy a subscription for flow sets. It simplifies my personal yoga practice.

Great product, easy to follow
I love this journal! Great concept for those of us that need “step by step” instructions and “baby steps” to create new good habits! I was already reading “Atomic Habits” by James Clear and Habit Nest uses his concepts in their journals. The idea that even small changes and not trying to be perfect but doing something every day is just what unmotivated individuals need to “hear.” I am seeing small improvements in my overall mental wellbeing and find it easy to follow the journals at my own pace.Thank you, Habit Nest!! I plan to get more of your great journals!

High Quality Product
The physical product is excellent quality – good paper weight, a bookmark, and pen loop. The illustrations are inclusive, clear and easy to follow and I love the color scheme. I’ve dabbled in yoga off and on for years but this is absolutely my favorite yoga workout and method that I have tried.

Not a standalone book. Must access detailed information online.
The book provides no explanation of the poses. No information on how to properly engage in a poses or what the benefits of the pose are.Since initially writing this review, I discovered how to use the code box at the top of pages in the book to access detailed information about the poses. I would have preferred the information to be included in the book. Therefore I am only giving Three stars. Otherwise the book is well organized and displays the workouts in a clear way. Although the print is a bit too small for me.
