I am a 36C and ordered a size Medium of this sports bra and I am happy to report that this bra offers great support for running and weight lifting! If you are looking for a sports bra to simply wear around the house or if you are one of those that likes to wear active wear for the fun of it, this is NOT FOR YOU. This bra offers great support and while it provides support, there is pressure for high activities.Overall, if you want to actually exercise and provide support without pain, this is the bra for you!! It is well made, the straps are solid and there is just enough stretch to put on/take off without compromising the bra’s support. if you want a sports bra simply for the look or comfort, this will provide too much compression so you will have to size up. Highly recommend if exercising!!

Comfortable and soft. Easy to put on. Can actually take this off without help! That is actually a HUGE plus (youngsters may not have this problem as much as me) and may be more important. The support is there, yet does not feel restrictive which is really nice. How long will I be able to jump rope in this? I’m pretty optimistic that it’ll be for a good chunk or time and comfortably. The elastic band isn’t cutting into my breasts which is SO nice. It is cut so I don’t have weird underarm bunches or am constantly adjusting to fix weird underarm bunching. I am interested to see if it holds up to wear-and-tear use and washing. I hope so! Am going to have to get this is other colors, but will have to wait for it to go on sale.

Good For Lifting
For reference, I am 155lbs and have an athletic build. I bought a large and am a 36C. I like these bras, as I ordered three in different styles. This was my fave style by far, as I bought it in black and sage. They hold me in, and before reviewing, I was sure to get a weight lifting sesh in to test this style. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that the bra dips in weirdly on the my rib cage in the middle as seen in the pics. It doesn’t affect wear or support though. There is no strap adjustment but fits me well and doesnt dig in.

By far my favorite sports bras so far.
I am small chested. I have a hard time finding sports bras or any bras that actually support and fit well. There for a while I was like a 38A, I’m about a 36 A now. These are pricier than I prefer, but I realized the cheaper ones just couldn’t cut it for me. These are a little snugger around the waist/under the breast area for me, which is typical, but it was almost uncomfortable (but not like others and doable…I said ALMOST uncomfortable). I actually get support under my breasts now (which is a bigger deal now after breastfeeding my children). These bras have had the best fit for me and support, whether I’m walking, running, or doing krav maga class. I also like the color selections and the different backs, even though no one else will see that part on me, I like the fun of it. The pads are removeable, and I think the first one I bought the pads’ lining is peeling (I’ve had that one for over 6 months). But I know you can get replacement pads out there.

Great sportsbra
I love this sports bra as it’s all in one. I don’t need more athleisure, I can use this as my top. I have moved to these types of sports bra as it’s easier and less stuff to take care of. Quality is good. I machine wash and dry and they last both from color and material perspective. Coverage is good. I thought the price was good since you are getting a sports bra and tank in one.

Runs very small
I really wanted to love this workout tank but I just can’t. It is very cute, the material and support seem great, but it runs super small. I’m 5’2”, 135lbs (with most of that weight in my butt/thighs), and normally wear a small or medium in tops. The small I could barely squeeze into and my boobs didn’t fit at all (I am an average girl, not super busty). Tried a medium and it is only a tiny bit bigger – it sort of fits but the support band is still so tight that it’s painful to wear. I could try a third time to exchange for a large, but I’m giving up because I’m not even confident that a large would be big enough at this point.

Supportive and flattering — perfect for yoga and Pilates!
I wore my new Running Girl workout tank to yoga and Pilates today, and I’m really impressed! As a naturally larger-chested woman, it’s hard to find tops that are both supportive and comfortable, but this one does the trick. I did wear a sports bra underneath for extra support, but the built-in shelf bra added just the right amount of hold — I felt secure even during inversions, which is a huge win!The fit is perfect, the fabric feels soft and high-quality, and the color is beautiful and clean. I did remove the bra pads for a more natural look and fit. Overall, I love this tank and will definitely be buying more in other colors!

Wont find a better sports bra
Was looking for a good sports bra to help with chest growth during transition. The bra’s are comfortable, soft, and give the right amount of support. They were so comfortable that I would forget I had one on. Also good range of colors to pick from to match whatever im wearing.

Ein sehr schöner Sport BH… Schneidet nicht ein, ist nicht durchsichtig und passt wie angegossen… Ein sehr weiches Material und die Rückenansicht ist super schick. Eher medium support… Für mich aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ich habe Größe 75c und er sitzt eng, aber nicht einschnürend.Werde ihn mir vermutlich noch in anderen Farben bestellen… 😍Klare Kaufempfehlung 👍Achja… Er war knapp 14 Tage früher da, als erwartet… Dafür ebenfalls 5 Sterne 🤩
