    Perfect!
My two-year-old son was taking a liquid vitamin that was staining his teeth so I went looking for a chewable option that did not have any additives like dyes or unnecessary chemicals but also contained iron. I could not find anything like that in store so I came across these and they fit the bill! My son loves them and so do I.

Great for toddlers and iron level support
Very happy with these children’s vitamins. My toddler has low iron levels and his doctor recommended finding a multivitamin with iron. These are great! He loves the apple flavor and actually requests them every morning at breakfast 😃 they are easy to chew, effective for iron levels as his last blood draw showed significant improvement! They haven’t caused any side affects such as constipation and stomach aches that his old iron drops used to cause. I’m a happy mama!

    Picky eater approved
My picky eater requests these they are the only vitamins we have tried that he will actually take. We started taking these after a hospital stay due to him being anemic because it was hard to find a multi vitamin with iron

    Do Not WASTE Your $$
I have a very picky eater (right now, he only eats breadsticks, ramen, strawberries, popcorn, water, orange juice, and fast food burgers without vegetables) and wanted a multivitamin to help supplement nutrition. He’s above average growth, but has some sensory issues and ADHD tendencies.Although he’s always offered a variety of healthy whole foods and opportunities to eat, I finally found an orange vitamin C gummy and some vit C/D & zinc jelly beans that he would happily consume daily during flu season. I also found a gummy multivitamin that he’s OK with as long as it’s the orange flavor (not strawberry or lemon). I’ve tried various liquid & powdered vitamins in the past and all were immediately rejected (I always read reviews but even the well reviewed were a huge disappointment).I do not love the sugar content or other unnatural ingredients of the gummies he will eat, and these appeared to be more well rounded, but they are unbelievably gross. Upon opening the safety seal, I was put off by a weird, unappetizing smell. I was surprised how large the tablets are and the dose requires 2/day. That’s all surprising for something marketed to picky eaters! So today, I gave him one and said it was candy, a sweet tart to chew up. He wasn’t overly suspicious and put it in his mouth while distracted watching his new fav movie. Uh no…he made a gagging face and took it out immediately. I asked if it was too sweet, sour or what. He gave it back to me to throw away saying it tasted too weird, yuck; most probably sour as sweet he obviously tolerates.I’m none too happy that I paid $26 for a bottle going to the garbage. I know everyone has different preferences, but if something is specifically branded to be for picky eaters, then I expect all the usual adverse things have been addressed! Usually I’d try one myself to decide if it’s really that gross but even I can’t get paste the smell (I can’t even describe it, kind of vanilla/banana/fruity? Sort of like shampoo or hand soap), size of the tablet, and what I assume to be chalky texture. For now, we’ll just keep trying for a variety of food and using Nature Made Kids First Vitamin C gummies and Multi with Omega 3, plus Nature’s Bounty Kids Immunity jelly beans. I’m still going to look for more supplement options, but these are the best we’ve tried so far.For iron, I might recommend a Wow! liquid iron mixed in orange juice but dose would need to be kid appropriate (I take the full adult high potency serving and it’s very easy to consume). With all supplements, especially iron, make sure you verify serum blood levels to ensure you’re actually absorbing and not overdosing. Yes, most DRs don’t bother with bloodwork for kids but you can either find another DR, order your own for some things, or at least just ask (in some cases demand). To be safe, err on the lesser dose of things. Of course, food is the best medicine but unfortunately our food supply, even if willing to eat it, is often deficient so supplements are sometimes a necessary evil.Sincerest hopes for successful nutrition for all those picky eaters out there! 🙂 <3

The fillers are benign and B level
I’m a label hound and I love that these B vitamins b/c they don’t have a crazy amount of B. Most vitamins have like 1200% B12 and your pee turns yellow and you have to go all the time. These have all the good forms of B + a bit of zinc and other minerals good for gut health and immunity and I take them too. Just make sure if you get the IRON one you keep them locked up! They taste GREAT! & iron poisoning is leading cause of fatal poisoning of kids under 6. Also xylitol is great for dental health. No ingredients on my no list which is hard to find. Going to copy and past this to Amazon

    Good
I was taken aback at how large the tablets are. My son on the spectrum wouldn’t take it so I crushed them with a pill crusher and added the powder to some water.gave it to him with a syringe and he did just fine with that. Didn’t seem to mind the taste at all.

    The best tasting vitamins
These are the best vitamins I have ever tried! Yes, I try all the kids vitamins and these do not have a vitamin taste at all. They are chewable but also melt really easily. I bought these for my toddler but my older kid loves them too. I love that they have been 3rd party tested.

    Better Options
Better options out there. While I was originally a big fan of the company and their supplements for kids, I came across the Lead Safe Mama independent lab test results on this product which were somewhat concerning.Reached out to Renzos directly, and it is true that many supplements companies are ok with low levels of heavy metals because those FDA levels are based on food/much more consumption than a small multivitamin. This makes sense to some degree. However, problem with lead that even at small dosages, it accumulates in the body over time, via its ionizing properties (gets embedded in the bones, feet, etc.).As well, better options out there (Mary Ruth) that did have better independent test results. It is possible to get kid multivitamins without trace heavy metals. Hopefully improves, but not for us at this time.

My daughter loves the taste of these, she’s a very picky eater so this gives me the assurance that she’s getting her nutritional needs met. I will buy again

Maravilloso!!
