This taste good. I added it to a smoothie with a cup of almond milk, a bottle of pure protein shake, and a fruit of my choice. It helps me reach half of my daily protein goal with my first meal of the day.

Thicker consistency
I got this to add protein to my coffee and it is thick. It really is more like a milk shake. Even my husband agrees. Would not recommend if you’re not looking for a “thicker” consistency. I do like the taste though but it’s not for me
