Amazing customer service experience.
I ordered the diffusers to use in each of my young daughters’ rooms. They needed a little something extra to help signal them that it was time to wind down for the night. I frequent a local spa where they heavily emphasize the use of aroma therapy to assist in relaxation. Works wonders for me, so I thought I would give it a try for the girls. These work perfectly.I did have an issue with one of the diffusers after a few nights use. Something inside it shorted out and while the lights still worked, it was no longer properly misting. The other unit continued to work just fine (and still does). I initially intended to return both units but after hearing of my experience, the seller reached out to me asking if there was anything they could do to help. They were so amazingly helpful. They believed I have received a defective unit (it happens! I can understand) and offered to replace it or issue a refund immediately. It seems very important to them that they provide their customers with a satisfactory experience. I truly appreciate it. I chose to replace the defective unit and am so glad I did.During the time I debated returning the diffusers my daughters (and I) missed having them and that was only after using them for a few days. They add a certain element to our bedtime routine that we didn’t know we were missing.Couple of notes: The light show is fun and soothing. Initially I thought it was a bit too rapid but after the thing gets going the transitions are smooth and quite beautiful. You can press the button once for mist only and twice for the mist + lights. The lights are fairly bright so you can still see them in a lit room and were able to take the place of a traditional nightlight for my girls.Overall, I am satisfied with my exeprience. The product is great and customer service is superb!

Excellent quality, easy to use & clean, whisper quiet and soothing.
I’m new to diffusing essential oils and I can’t rave enough about this little diffuser. I’ve used this every day since I’ve received it.It’s quiet, easy to use, the changing color mode on it is super relaxing and it shuts off automatically when the water runs out. The automatic shut off is well timed (about 3 hours on a full container of water.)You have the option of lights or no light. When out of water, It does not beep but merely stops working and turns off. You can go to bed with it on and not worry about it while you’re off to dreamland. The dogs love it (esp. the lavender oil,) and hubby’s snoring has improved dramatically. This is a great little machine for those winter months when the air is super dry. I am truly amazed at the potency and healing properties of essential oils. I’ve researched these diffusers on Amazon to get the best one at the best price and so far I’m over the moon happy with this might little device. I’m going to purchase more as gifts for my friends who have yet to realize the magic and healing of essential oils. This is a must in anyone’s bedroom to help get to sleep/stay asleep. I’m sure it would be great in a baby’s room to help relax and calm the little ones.

Wonderful…a must have if you love essential oils!
I am a big fan of essentials oils but I never used a diffuser before. I used to heat them in lamp oil heaters, but I realized they last short time and they ended up burning the oil 🙁 I heard wonderful things about diffusers for aromatherapy, so I wanted to give this one a try. I ordered the PureSpa essential oil diffuser, and I am so pleased with the results.. First, it is very easy to clean and user friendly. You only need the diffuser, water, and essential oil. There is a maximum of water allowed in the diffuser (100ml) and to make things easier for you they added a pouring cup with a 100 ml mark. Once you turn it on it starts pretty quick, releasing a constant mist that is actually nice to watch. The aroma covered my whole living room so I was impressed. I touched the unit and it is lightly warm all the time, which is a big plus. It has a nice size and shape and it’s very stable. The cord is pretty long as well. It looks nice in many areas (bathroom, nightstands, coffee tables, etc) and it is very quiet. The multi-color changing lights are beautiful, the color change is nice and smooth. I have this one on my living room and planning to but 2 more for my bedroom and kitchen. On top of everything, it automatically shuts off so there is no safety issues if your forget to turn it off. I cannot find any “cons” to this product – try it, you will not regret this purchase!

Great Diffuser, Vibrant Colors, Powerful Flow of Mist!
This is a great diffuser and despite the 100ml capacity it will run continuously for a little over 5 hours. I noticed in the product description it mentions aroma coverage will last up to seven hours with this diffuser. In my opinion that will really depend on the quality of the oil you use and the size of the room. In either case over 5 hours of run time with this is very sufficient for my wife and I. Other positives about this little power house: It runs so quiet you really can’t hear it at all. Reviews I read about other diffusers had complaints about the noise some of them make. It also has a thicker power cord than our other diffuser. The lights have vibrant colors and the flow of mist through the top is nice and wide and seems powerful. Those are my two favorite features. I rate this a 4 instead of a 5 for three reasons. 1) The top and inner part do not snap in place at all but simply stack onto each other. This can be an issue if the diffuser gets bumped into at all. On the other hand it is simple to assemble and disassemble so this really is a matter of personal preference. Also the max fill line which is marked with a decal on the inside where the water is filled peeled off (probably due to the oil) after only a few uses. I then just marked it on the outside with a permanent marker.The other reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is my other diffuser has an intermittent mode where it mists for 30 seconds, then goes off for 30 seconds and repeats this, giving a total time of around 8 hours which makes it great for diffusing while we sleep. Overall this is a very good quality product and the Positive aspects FAR outweigh the negative. Great purchase, we use it all the time.

I live in a condo and the guy above me smokes and I can smell it in my unit. Surprisingly, this diffuser helps out SO much! When I turn it on and I put some oils in there, I don’t know the smoke smell!

Fast delivery – well packaged. Good little diffuser for a relatively low cost. Fairly compact as far as diffusers go – have mine in my bedroom. Make sure to keep it on a level surface – had my on top of some fabric, didn’t work – was going to return it. Moved it to a flat table surface – no problem. A keeper!
