5/5. Excellent design. I was worried when I always sign low ratings for the fix posture braces market, but I was wrong. I was wrong. I started noticed my back straightening by the 2nd day. It’s really fund to use to. They come with a schedule on how to keep the brace on for a longer and longer time and I like that I’m able to use it more and more. I’m on Day 7 and I can’t wait to have it on for several hours or more at a time.The quality of the velcro is superb. It’s stretchable and fits my needs. There is no pain, and the posture is slowly improving. It’s great you are wanting to improve your posture. This will be exactly what you were looking for! I got a medium and I am 5’5″, 165 pounds, mid size belly, and it fits me well and sometime tight. You will have to suck in your belly, but I sense it is part of the developing your core and back muscles. They’ve been so tight and now you are stretching them. Also, you suck in your belly when wearing workout belts and weightlifting. Seems like parallel concepts to me. Good luck!

I recently bought this posture corrector and I am genuinely impressed! From the moment I put it on, I could feel the difference in how it supported my back and shoulders. Excellent support
This is my first day wearing this clever contraption and I feel well supported and much straighter. That’s a pretty big statement for me … I have scoliosis that has been partially corrected to some degree through multiple spinal fusion surgeries (no fun!!) …. But the orthopedic surgeon recently informed me based on a new X-ray that the scoliosis is unfortunately progressing again …. I could tell when trying to stand, or sit, straight on my own that I tended to lean to one side …. I found it very difficult to stand, or sit, straight. But with this brace/support, I feel like I am much better able to stand and sit straight. I really appreciate the way this thing is working for me and will continue to wear it.BTW, have worn “Back Braces” before, but they didn’t have these adjustable shoulder straps which seem to be what is making a big difference.

My husband is a trucker so he does long sitting always complaining about backache so when I heard about this I had to get it. It gently pull your shoulders back, encouraging a natural, upright posture while reducing tension in the neck and upper back its lightweight, breathable materials that make them comfortable for everyday wear and the fact that it has adjustable straps that a plus easy to use the quality is great I would definitely recommend for anyone who sits an slouch or is having any back problems

if you have pain, it can be difficult to put on.
I gave this only three stars for the fact that it is very difficult for me to put on. I use it because I have a pinched disc in my neck causing pain in my shoulders and down my arms. It can be difficult and painful to just put it on. Maybe it’s unfair of me to judge it for that but, that is my dilemma.

Spinal corrector was very Well put together but need larger sizes
I’m not as big as I used to be but the first thing I noticed is it was a tight fit thankfully I lost weight After putting it on and wearing it a few days It felt really good It wore pretty comfortably and I enjoyed wearing it and I’m glad I got it every other spinal corrective device that I bought in the past Just absolutely terrible This one is a good one
