Pulls shoulders back right away! Love seamless material!
I love this. It immediately pulled my shoulders back and I feel it’s just what I need. The straps criss cross in the back and then you hook them in the front. Looking at the picture makes it easy to see how it goes on. The material is perfect. Seamless and stretchy. I got a small and I’m a tiny person and it fits great on the loosest setting so I’d say it runs small so size up.

Disappointed. Returned.
Extremely disappointed in this posture bra. I tend to slouch and due to this often times experience back in shoulder pain. I was very hopeful. Posture bra would help with that. I followed the size chart and ordered the size that was recommended for me. When the bra arrived and I tried it on I quickly found that there is absolutely nothing special about this bra at all it fit, and should have provided Some correction for my posture, however, it did not at all. It fit just like any other bra that I had with only more complicated straps. I obviously returned it. If you are truly looking for a bra that corrects posture or offers additional support for your back or shoulders I would not choose this one. I would do a little more research and spend a little more on something that actually will produce any results at all.

Bra is a very cool concept, it just arrived and unfortunately the padding is indented 😔Gave a 4 star because the bra is still good without them. But would be nice to have them

Posture correction bra
I have bought 2 other posture correction bra. Then I bought this one. It has brought my shoulders back and improved my breathing. Bottom line I LOVE THIS POSTURE CORRECTION BRA!!!With my shoulders coming forward, puts pressure on my neck. It has helped that as well. I have a professional neck traction unit, but being 79, can’t get up from the floor if I go down. I’ve tried it on my bed but I just thought I would buy this inflatable neck traction to..together my posture has improved 80%.
