Relaxing
I was very skeptical first about these salts stuff… But after trying it for the first time, I honestly can say is great. Do not expect miracles, but definitely a relief if you have issues with sore muscles. I am currently under chiropractor care, and he is adjusting the hip in my left side, and for some reason today was one of those days that the whole lower back was sore and in pain.So I decided why not to try it! This bag was bought weeks ago and left in the bathroom …not having the time to use it, always looking for an excuse, but today I decided…it is time to try it. And glad I did. I filled the tub with hot water….and added about 1 cup of it. Then got a book and relaxed in the tub for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, I had a regular shower and still felt relaxed and less sore. The soreness in the lower back was less, and the mint scent was very relaxing. I definitely recommend this product if you looking for relaxing muscles. Hope it will work for you too!

This did its job. It relaxed my muscles. Worth the $$.I get the natural herbal thing. Even like that for my body.My nose on the hand does not like the smell at all. Wish there was something this good without the smell.

Great therapy
I’ve been using epsom salts for years, they were a regular part of my life with marathon training. I decided to try subscribing to ordering them online since I buy them all the time and it’s one less thing to have to lug home from the store. I found these recommended and decided to give them a try. I had tried epsom with eucalyptus in the past and hated it, it smelled too much like men’s cologne. It was totally overpowering in a very bad way. I thought the blend in this sounded nice and read good reviews so I figured I’d give it a try with one bag. I’m absolutely loving it. The aromatherapy is just right, relaxing and wonderful smelling. It also seems that these dry my skin out less, which is always an issue with me. It’s nice to get an epsom salt with such wonderful added benefits. I’ll be increasing my subscription order.
