I know and have used many of these herbs and blends but not all of these included in the gift pack. I just moved and had to throw out many of my stored herbs just because of age. The Litehouse Freeze-Dried products have always been exceptional. I have one recommendation for Lighthouse and is that they put out a durable spice rack to both stand up or be hung on a wall or over a door. I spent too much time trying to find one for these new bottles to no success. Instead I ordered lazy susans for my cabinets so I have easy access and easy visability.

Freeze dried tastes so much fresher
I’d used their freeze dried parsley, basil and chives for a few years. I love that the color doesn’t change like non-freeze-dried spices. If you’ve never used freeze dried spices you’re in for a treat. They smell and taste so much better than the stale spices found in most grocery stores. I bought them at Walmart in the past but checked Amazon to see if I could get them cheaper. Individually, Walmart was cheaper but they only carried the 3 spices mentioned above.I was surprised at how many different spices were available. But what got me was the price on the whole set. For me the price was right and I put it in my cart. And as fate would have it, my son-in-law was being transferred from the base in Anchorage back home to Nellis AFB. Since the movers would not pack any food my daughter lost all her spices. So I ordered a set on the subscription option and waited until the 2nd set arrived before cancelling it. That way I saved a few bucks and she was really happy I bought them for her.I only wish they offered more freeze dried spices and herbs.Dale

Great Product
I would have given 5 stars but my last order was shipped in a paper bag and the Thyme bottle was broken open and some others were cracked even though they were wrapped very well in bubble wrap. I have contacted Amazon and am getting a refund. When ordered in bulk the price is reduced! Freeze drying preserves most nutrition. So when you use these herbs it’s as if you fresh picked them.

My Only Go To Spices!
I recently moved and got rid of my old spice rack. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure how old they were. They didn’t add anything and just lifelessly sat on the counter after the Italian Seasoning bottle was used.I wanted to get a new set of spices because I did need a few “go to” but was on a tight budget. I figured if I ordered from Amazon, I could always return it if i didn’t like it. I came across this product. The ABSOLUTE INSANE quality difference. This will be the only Go-To Spices in my kitchen. The aromas will definitely help the creativity in the kitchen even for those hesitant or unskilled in seasoning food. I honestly can’t pick out a favorite because they all smell so fresh and absolutely enhances your dishes. Likewise, the bottles are a generous size. Blows away the competition of Badia, McCormick or Simply Organic. I’m definitely going to order more for my pantry when I can as I see many of them going quick. When stretching my food budget, a good quality spice goes a long way even when cooking something as simple as Ramen. This isn’t going to sit in the dark corners of your pantry once you open the first bottle.This would make an amazing gift for anyone at a reasonable price point.
