Cute Idea, Missed the Mark for Teen Gift.
Ordered two of these to make sure one arrived on time, and both looked the same. The Magnesite stone appears more like pink plastic candy than a real stone. The listing photo made it seem faceted and a bit larger (we pictured about the with of the head in dime), but it’s smaller, rounded, and a little off-center. The color is close to Pepto-Bismol. Not terrible, just not what we expected, feels more like a $5 necklace than Kendra Scott quality, so we’ll be returning them.

Repair Policy: challenging!
The necklace is good. It is the 2nd one I’ve ordered from Jewelry Pro through Amazon. The 1st one broke in 2months. My problem was in trying to get it repaired as per Kendra Scott warranty (repairs within 1year). I could not reach Jewelry Pro customer service; when trying, my inquiry was always sent to Amazon customer service. When contacting Kendra Scott, they were kind ;but, said I had to deal with Jewelry Pro! Here we go again, I thought! Since this was a gift for my grandaughter, I gave up and bought her the 2nd one. She loves the bd place and I rated it a 4 because of the repair troubles! I recommend it for purchase – just keep your fingers crossed it doesn’t break!
