Great for protein goals!
I really like this! I bought yesterday and actually picked it up from the supplement store but wanted to review here as the price is honestly better here and I wish I would have checked.I mixed my two scoops with half and half and put it in my electric frother.Mixed well with my drip coffee, very creamy…like coffee meets light hot cocoa. I got the chocolate mocha flavor so I cannot speak on vanilla.Now… I have not tried with milk alternatives or on its own with no milk… I would say its probably still good with almond milk but not as creamy with those dairy free options. I bought for the protein as I had recently found out that women should have protein straight away in the mornings to prevent cortisol spikes effecting fat loss goals… so cheers I’m so glad I found this! I also love that it has magnesium. We could all use more of that.

Good taste!
I was excited to try this collagen creamer – it seemed like a good way to fit it in to my day. The taste is pretty good! There’s a definite aftertaste of artificial sweetener, but not to bad. It took a minute of stirring get everything to dissolve into the coffee, but once that was done it gave the coffee a creamy finish with no grittiness. I like the variety of ingredients – obviously the collagen is great but 10g of protein is good too! For how long the container lasts it seems like a good value and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to use a good collagen supplement and add a little extra protein into their diet.

The taste is close, but not the appearance
Is it just me? Whenever I try to use an alternative to cream in coffee, whether coconut milk or almond milk or, now, this collagen creamer, I’m always disappointed by the fact that it does not LOOK like coffee with creamer, but rather just a muddy-looking version of coffee. perhaps I’m looking for a miracle when the only solution for making it look like it’s got cream in it is to put cream in it? :)Taste wise, it was pretty close though; it kind of sort of did taste like I had coffee with creamer in it. So if the appearance isn’t the high priority for you, then this might make you perfectly pleased. Because the taste is not bad, and even sort of good.One of the thing that was less than ideal: it was a bit lumpy inside when I opened it, not all strictly powder. No big deal if it dissolves well. However, it did not dissolve well when I simply spoon-stirred it; all the lumps were still there. I used one of those small electric coffee whiskers, and it did pretty much get rid of the lumpiness that way. If you already have and use a whisker, then this, too, will be no big deal. And if you don’t have such a whisker, I recommend considering one in your arsenal of kitchen things — very useful, not just for this!The only other downside is the price. The container is not very large and the instructions advise using 2 tablespoons per 8 ounce mug of coffee. At its current price listing, that makes every cup of coffee $2.50 worth of this coffee creamer! That ain’t chump change….

I liked it. The taste of the chocolate was mild but it really added a nice flavor to my beverage so I enjoyed the creamer. It didn’t look creamy but the taste was a bonus enough. I used a frother no lumps. This is a win in my book.

An excellent addition for smoothies but not a great coffee creamer
I’ve tried several other creamers of this type and would say that this is the closest to a “true” creamer that I have found. The vanilla is a bit pronounced for my tastes, but my wife thought it to be perfect. I did find that like many powdered creamers, when added to a hot beverage like coffee, it tends to leave large clumps. I will say that this creamer did not leave nearly as many or as large as many others brands, but they were still there. I deal with this by making a slurry of the creamer first, adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of powder to about 1 tablespoon of cool water and mixing. It makes enough for me to have my morning mug(about 22oz) of coffee. It is a bit thinner in body and color than typical half and half type creamers but does a decent job, especially for those with dietary considerations (Keto or vegan). With the collagen and magnesium components I do find that after a week and change of using this product I see a difference in my skin. It does not seem to be as dry as usual this time of the year but it also brighter. My concern lies with the portion size, 2 tablespoons per 8 fluid ounces means there is only 12 servings per container. If you are using this as a creamer alone, that can be an expensive endeavour, especially if you have several cups of coffee/tea a day. If you are using it as a dietary supplement for the collagen factor, then this would stretch it out a but further with 1 serving a day. While I would not use this as a daily creamer, it does make a nice addition to the occasional smoothie/milkshake and looking at it along those lines the price of $23 is not unreasonable.

The Force is Strong With This
If you’ve been doing keto, or some other low sugar diet for awhile now, this may work for you. If you haven’t…..holy stevia Batman. It has that VERY strong fake sugar flavor that is off putting to the uninitiated palate. All you taste is stevia, no “mocha” at all. I liked that you get collagen without having that thick layer of oil atop your coffee. I didn’t like that the artificial flavor smacks you in the face or the fact that it never really dissolves into your coffee. This may work for some people used to the flavor, or anyone who doesn’t care about chalky drinks with a pile at the bottom of the mug. It won’t work for basically anyone else. I’ll never buy this again, dieting or not.

Much better than I anticipated
I’ve tried a bunch of different “creamer “ this one is definitely the best and has 10 g of collagen which is a decent amount. The flavor is not bad at all. It actually taste really good. It doesn’t your coffee creamy white though it’s more like a light brown even if you add a bunch. I might try it and smoothies. The color not looking like milky coffee throws me off. Always has an imagine it always will. I give this five stars because the product is good and it works.
