Our Company History
In 1928, at the age of twenty-two, Peter Beilenson began printing books on a small press in the basement of his parents’ home in Larchmont, New York. Peter—and later, his wife, Edna—sought to create fine books that sold at ”prices even a pauper could afford.”
Today, still family owned and operated, Peter Pauper Press continues to honor our founders’ legacy—and our customers’ expectations—of beauty, quality, and value.

Great little book
Great for keeping all of your contacts for home repairs in one place. Keep your records, time of repairs and contacts all in one book so you aren’t searching around for that business card or time frame of when you did your last service on something in your home

Great buy!
This was a perfect closing gift for my client!

Pretty detailed but missing a few key items
If you have a very standard home built pre-2010, this should have a spot for everything. However, if you home has had a lot of upgrades or is newer then all your home systems may not have a spot in the book. For example, the book is missing a spot for smart home features, alternative energy system, and a pool. I think that overall the book is pretty great to keep alot of useful home information in one spot. However, the book could do with an expansion to account for the changing nature of home systems that you see today.

Great organizer
This little book thought of every possible note you would need to keep. Very helpful. The subject tabs are different than I would have done it, but I worked around it. It’s my go-to book for all things home related. I’ve given these as gifts for new home buyers and they were greatly appreciated.

More for a house, not a condo.
Didn’t really fit in my situation for a condo. Could only use about 1/4 th of it.

Details for those Love detail
If you are a home owner, as I am, this book is what you need. Need to make sure you got all the builder info, type of carpets, your utilities, this keeps everything in nice categories to follow and update. While I do not have every detail about my house, this does help me narrow down the items I need. Most of the time I am unsure of the filter dimensions for the HVAC system because the size is not very common. This book helps me keep all those details as well as understand what I spend on all utilities and maintenance. You have options but I found this book to be first rate. Also good for tax records. Remember even after you pay the mortgage off, you still will owe taxes on property.

Very comprehensive notebook to log all your home processes, including trade contacts and estimates for yearly maintenance times and requirements. Would help for pre budgeting and saving money for DIY management.
