This Epsom salt blend has a bubbly feeling on your skin when you sink into the water and it is so refreshing.I was super sore and I did not think it was working but when I got out of the bath, I felt worlds better. The smell is a tad medicinal but not terrible for me. The smell refreshed my brain a little. The only thing I wish was different is that this came in a bigger size bc It comes with two envelopes good for 2 uses. I used one and my daughter used one I am not sure if there is a larger option but this was a good size to try it out for the first time. I am happy and really like the results I got.

Better treatment than just Epsom salts
I’ve been on a subscription of a 2 pack per month for quite some time. I pilates 3-5 days a week and get various physical therapy bodywork. This is one of the products that, if you’re sensitive to your body at a subtle level you will notice many benefits. My skin “opens up” and detoxification is noticeable. Great if you get lymphatic work to encourage flow & toxin elimination. When I relax afterwards, I can feel my muscles are at a much more even & lower rate of tension/vibe. If you’re really really body self aware you can notice your blood is more oxydated by how your breathing changed. Yes this is expensive and days where I felt I needed it I have used 2 packs in 1 bath & soaked for a full 25 minutes. But I experience tremendous relief from the product so I’m willing to spend the money. After all, if I’m sitting out because I’m too sore or in pain then part of that time I’m not making money.

So many benefits! But too expensive for what you get
There are many benefits to take hydrogen peroxide baths. I was excited to try this. I’m an avid bath user and usually do epsom salts.Upsides— The smell is mild. Skin definitely softer afterwards. I know many other benefits like detox and oxygenating your blood aren’t “seen” but my doc is huge on food grade hydrogen peroxide in my water pick so I’m sure baths are good too!Downfalls— super tiny packages for a pretty high price point. I can get a gallon of 35% food grade and add a small amount to my baths for the same benefits and in the long term much less expensiveI will probably not repurchase

Best I ever used!
This made my skin feel so soft. The hot water was so soft it made me feel like I was floating. I have always used Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salts because of the variety they have and the price is good for a quality product. I have used them every day for several years. I have been very busy around my house since I retired 4 months ago and thought I would try this because of the hydrogen peroxide in it. I will reorder and expect I will use it once a week and use Dr. Teal’s the other days. Hopefully this product will be more affordable soon. I think a good option for this product to be marketed, would offer a nice container to keep it in and the option to order refill bags for the container. Sizes 1/2 and 1 gallon options.

Great product its my second time ordering this bundle and it is awesome what it does to my body!Only downside is 6 out of 16 bags where contaminated with some liquid making the product unappealing for usage.. if i order again i hope it was a simple assembly error 🤷🏽♂️
