Great for organizing “house maintenance”. Easy to use, and it’s perfect if you’re selling a house or keeping records for a rental property or just keeping track of your own house. The binder is hardback and doesn’t scratch, pretty durable and didn’t get soggy after I got water on it once. It also gives a list of recommended maintenance for you home which is great for new homeowners learning the ropes. My realtor wants to put this on display for an open house/house showing when we’re ready to sell our home, great for showing potential buyers they’re getting a well maintained home with receipts/dates as well as any upgrades that have been made. I added page protectors to hold invoices/owners manuals for new appliances, water treatment system, gutters and the 10 billion other upgrades we’ve made to our home. Good price and looks professional for estate.

It’s nice but overpriced for what you get.
It really should include a base pack of pages with the option to print more or purchase expansion packs. As it is I agree with the other reviews it’s a pretty binder you could make for yourself for $5 at the dollar store. The templates are what you actually need and they aren’t included you must print them yourself. It clearly stated, but it is more inconvenient than anticipated if you don’t have a printer.

Great way to start
This was a great way to organize our estate planning paperwork for our kids. If something was to happen to us we do not want them to have to go through what we did when my mother-in-law passed away. The binder is made of sturdy material and it has all of the tabs I need for them to find what information they need

I wish it came with more print outs and that the print outs actually came home punched. At least there’s lots of supply of sheet protectors and whatnot. The stickers are pretty poor quality, as it lifts and I need to tape it down. The front few sheets cover up the dividers so it makes it hard to see.

Unlike other reviewers, I like that you print only the pages you want from their website. I like the zipper bags for keeping receipts and checks. I’ll use the the the other folders for warranties or whatever.
