Easy and effective! My daughter has the finest hair I know. Her hair literally will not curl with a curling iron. We have tried traditional roller curlers but they are uncomfortable to sleep in and make her look like she has old lady hair when we pull them out. It’s a gimmick. It curls ok but you would have to fix the curls and get rid of the frizz on top of your head and yes I wore a bonnet

Loved the results for the Tirdkid Sleeping Headband Heatless Wrap.
Looking for something that really works, here you go. Easy to wrap hair in soft material. My only enhancement would be to have 12 strands of material instead of 8.
