Extremely effective and worth the investment
I was very skeptical because I’m aware that there is no product that the medical community would consider truly effective stretch mark prevention. But, this stuff works. First, I’ll explain how it worked for me and what my routine was. Then I’ll go into some of the secondary benefits.About me: I’m 35 and have some existing stretch marks (ex: I have them on my thighs from puberty, etc.) So, I know I am predisposed to them. Therefore, upon learning I was pregnant, I was diligent in my research and application. As I type this, I am 39 weeks pregnant without a single pregnancy stretch mark, despite fully anticipating them based on my skin composition. I am shocked.I applied Hatch Body Oil to my breasts, stomach and hips 2x/day (morning and night) from the day of my positive pregnancy test. I will be the first to admit I liberally applied this, throughout my entire pregnancy, despite the $64 price point. For example, I doubled up on my stomach area. Throughout my pregnancy, I used around 10 bottles, and plan to continue purchasing during my postpartum period. This is an investment to be sure, and the only reason I could see someone not hitting the Buy button immediately. However, I did not mind the expense based on how effective and high quality it was. I also think that starting early, way before I was showing, helped condition my skin appropriately to withstand the eventual belly growth.The most important part of this oil, for me, is that it worked— surprisingly well. However, there are secondary benefits that I will explain here:1. Luxurious packaging and experience: This oil comes in a glass bottle with a glass pipet/dropper for application. Using this oil felt luxurious and the packaging high quality. Incorporating this felt like an addition to my beauty and skin care routine, not something messy or medicinal.2. High quality oil. Period: I would recommend this as a high quality body oil even outside of pregnancy and outside of my original use case. I’ve used many body oils in the past just for moisturizing purposes and this one is the best I’ve used. It is non-greasy and absorbs incredibly quickly. As mentioned, I used this oil morning and night and it did not damage my clothing or pajamas. It leaves skin feeling very soft and supple without any “oily” residue.3. Attractive scent: Light, attractive scent4. Overall skin condition: Outside of preventing stretch marks, the skin itself in the areas where I applied it is softer, smoother, and healthier than ever.I highly recommend Hatch Body Oil to anyone, particularly expecting mothers. This is an high quality product worthy of the investment!

Luxurious!
Ok so I have tried about 6 different brands of pregnancy oils and finally figured out the key ingredient(s) I don’t like! I don’t like the scent of coco butter/oil, shea butter/oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, or geranium essential oil, nor do I like the texture of them. I feel like a greased pig after using them! These oils are thicker and take a while to soak in. They easily stain your clothes and sheets. This oil is absolutely perfect! I LOVE the scent! It’s light and citrusy. And I LOVE the texture! It’s very thin and silky, absolutely luxurious. However, I think it’s a bit overpriced. I received my first bottle on 11/29/22 and use it at night and am already almost halfway through the bottle! So that’s pretty expensive for going through half a bottle in 2 weeks. I use it on my legs, stomach and chest. My legs have never felt so soft and for days! My husband likes the scent and that it doesn’t leave my skin greasy feeling, tells me all the time how soft my legs are. It’s very moisturizing and light weight. I was willing to try this oil based off of other reviews for the silkiness and scent because I was running into a road block finding an oil that fit those specifications but ALSO helped with the itching!!! My boobs developed big red stretch marks on the underside and I couldn’t find an oil, cream, or salve that would help with the horrible itching until this one! The itchiness is gone and the red marks are slowly fading. Will be ordering again soon. Please run a sale soon!?

Two pregnancies and not a single stretch mark
A bit pricey but so worth it. Ive had two babies, one being 8lb 13oz, and I don’t have a single stretch mark probably because I used this belly oil for both pregnancies. Also it smells amazing! Its a super light oil absorbs in fast so you won’t be greasy at all. I used it morning and night and still had extra to use on my skin postpartum.

My favorite pregnancy belly oil that I have tried! Love putting it on right after a shower, then locking in the moisture with a balm. Not greasy, feels fancy. Perfect self care item for pregnancy. Worth the $$

Helps relieve itching skin from stretch marks during pregnancy
I love this product. I am incredibly prone to stretch marks & throughout my pregnancy this oil has relieved the itching SO significantly, it smells delicious & I love that it dries as quickly as it does so that it doesn’t rub off on my clothes.

I don’t know if I use too much.. but it doesn’t seem to dry as quick as everyone is saying. I wouldn’t put my normal clothes over it. I put it on before bed so it doesn’t matter if it’s a little greasy still. I love the smell and the feel. The dropper is weird but works plenty fine. I use a cream in the morning and between the two I rarely itch. When I am itchy it’s not bad and I think it’s from tight clothing. No stretch marks so far, but I didn’t get stretch marks with my daughter either and didn’t use this product. I am petite and currently 16 weeks with twins. I plan to buy again.
