    Better than therapy
    Amanda seriously had to have put her whole soul into this book. I am not a big reader and I usually feel best when I talk out my feelings, but I decided to get this book because of the great reviews. I wish I had gotten this so much sooner! It is rare to find a book where the author actually has unique thoughts and can put themselves in the perspective of the reader. I have been to many therapists in my life and none of them have made me think in the mindset that this book does. It’ll change your perspective and outlook on your own thoughts and got me to find peace in things that I thought I’d never let go. If you don’t buy this book, then you’re seriously missing out!!

    This book is nicely written and easy to follow. Its encouraging and really makes you think. I would highly recommend it to everyone even those who don’t struggle with anxiety as it can shed light to other areas of your life.
