This is such a beautiful gift box set. My girlfriend, who is in the hospital and just had surgery, loved everything in the “hug in a box.” I will definitely buy this again for any friend or family member that is sick or in the hospital. This is so much better than flowers that will and die. This is such a nice keepsake of a candle, cozy socks, a nice mug, a lavender sachet, a smooth worry stone, a small packet of dried flowers and the best of all a beautiful soft and cozy blanket. And a beautiful ribbon to tie the outside of the box. Oh and a card to write a lovely note. This is incredibly affordable gift box with very good quality items. I loved that my girlfriend was cheered up by this gift. You can’t go wrong buying a “hug in a box.” You can use this for birthdays, mom-to-be comfort package, your elderly female family member, Christmas gift, or even for yourself.

I needed something quick to cheer someone up. This is a beautiful box filed with nice things. I didn’t love the socks so I took those out and added some tea for my friend. This was a great box for the price! Unfortunately the Amazon delivery made a whole on the box so the nice message inside was a little ruined and they also stuck the sticker right over the “hug in a box” on the front….luckily I got the sticker off without too much tearing but that was kind of a bummer Amazon. Clearly this is the gift box it comes in and they ruined it

It has a wonderful theme of support and care (without being over the top or religious which I appreciate). The brown neutral colors are soothing and should fit into many homes. As a buyer of the kit, you are able to open the box to add or modify the items. It would also be a good idea to open the card and address it to your giftee for a more personal message. I would also suggest removing the dried eucalyptus and baby’s breath. Those don’t seem to serve a real purpose.The lavender sachet smells amazing (it is loose in the burlap bag, so be careful if opening). The spoon is great, the mug is a good basic mug. The bottom brown bit isn’t glazed, so don’t drag it over a counter or wood surface as it might scratch it. There is also nothing on the bottom of the mug stating that it is OK for the microwave or the dishwasher. The socks are nice, but just a plain off-white color. I would’ve liked fuzzy socks, but these are nice. The candle is a gender-neutral scent (sandalwood) so it isn’t too flowery so good for men or women. The blanket is super soft. The size is great for a couch/chair lap blanket. Not for a bed. The knit is very chunky. Fingers and toes will go through the holes. The bath salts smell great and is perfect for a relaxing bath.The part I love the most was the red agate stone with “one day at a time” imprinted on it. The stone looks like it is natural, so my stone has more white stripes than what the description shows on the listing. So the stone you get may be different.I purchased this kit and will use parts of it for other gifts and I wanted to keep the stone for myself as I need this mantra in my life right now.

I bought this for my Auntie today to cheer her up since she has been going through a difficult time after losing her precious fur baby. She called me immediately after she received it the same day and expressed how much she loved the gift. She said the entire box smelled amazing and she was excited about trying everything out. I believe this gift was a worth the money. My aunt did note that she was thrilled about the earthy color. Her blanket was also exceeded her expectations. She thought it was well made. It brings me comfort knowing that I made her day.
