100,000 miles on my 2010 F150 – from Ohio/Canada. Old manifolds were rusted out and I replaced them with these. Do yourself a favor and buy stainless steel high quality studs in case you ever have to do it again. The gaskets that came with it were bent and useless but I had purchased a set of Fel-Pro MS96679 gaskets and they worked great. The fit of these manifolds is perfect and I hope they will last another 100,000 miles.

purchased to replace cracked driverside exhaust manifold, dorman has always been a reliable name for non OEM parts, lets see how long then last, direct fit, easy install as engine was out of vehicle. ( passenger side was also replaced with dorman product.)

Not a exact casting as OEM
This manifold does not have a large enough space in between the 2nd and third exhaust port for the dipstick tube on a 5.4. I had to rbend a new tube to make it fit. The casting has a web that closes off the opening.I had the manifold installed and had to remove and install the tube.Cost time to clean the manifold and block.and replace the $50.00 gaskets I had just put on the day before. because of this.Net time I will only purchase Motorcraft OEM manifolds.

Perfect fit for a 2005 F150, XLT with 5.4L engine. Did not use provided studs, nuts or gaskets. OEM seems better, so used them.

Manifold did not fit. Would bolt to engine but not to exhaust system. by the time I could get a garage to change it (a nasty job that many places did not want to do) return time ran out.
