I am in love with these shortsNot only does it have the pockets in the legs, it has a secret pocket in the top around the waistThe pockets are large enough to hold my S10+ and as long as the things you put in your pocket aren’t perfectly smooth, everything stays put. Things that don’t have any sort of rubber on them will work their way out of the pockets in the legs with a lot of movement but the pocket in the waist is where you can put items that won’t stay put!Super stretchy and comfortable, I have 2 pair and will probably be buying more since i use these for workI am 5’8 and weigh 185lbs and i ordered the large. I used Amazon’s recommendation of large size. Fits great. I prefer a tighter, compressed type fit in my workout gear, so if you’re looking for a more relaxed fit, I would size up.

I really like these shorts however, I personally wouldn’t consider them “control top”. They are tight and stretchy but don’t work as a tummy flattener. If you just want some cute, comfy bike shorts – these are a winner.

Best running shorts around! Side pockets deep enough for my cell phone and running gels. Very comfortable, and the material is thick enough so it’s not see-through. I’ve warn these for marathons and other fitness activities with zero problems and zero sensory annoyances with the fabric.

Since these were compression and 25% spandex I sized up to a large. Should have ordered a medium (5’4 145 lb). The red is vivid!
