Q1: Why splatters when quickly releasing steam?
– Too-much-fluid recipes will cause splatters (ex. soups, stews), it’s recommend to stay the ‘Seal’ position, and release steam naturally.
For most recipes, releasing steam naturally for a few minutes after cooking has finished, and then releasing steam quickly, will be applied to most recipes without much fluid.
Q2: Why the Slow Cook setting isn’t hot after a long time preheat?
– It’s a normal situation. Longer cooking time, more nutrients will be lost, to better lock the food nutrients, a good slow cooker will keep a low temperature to avoid nutrients lost much after hours cooking, and still keep a tender and juicy taste.
Q3: When to open the lid?
– After the float value has dropped, you can open the lid.
Q4: What are the orange dots in lid and pot base?
– They are indicated marks to let you close and secure the lid more easily. Align the orange dot on the lid with the orange dot on the pressure cooker base, and then twist clockwise.

    Duradero
I’m really impressed with this pot. The quality is outstanding and you can tell right from the first use. It heats evenly, food doesn’t stick, and it’s super easy to clean. The material feels sturdy and durable, and the lid fits perfectly, keeping the heat in so meals cook faster and taste better.Definitely a great addition to any kitchen — I’d buy it again without hesitation!

Super versatile and powerful — a jewel for the kitchen
I bought the COSORI 6-quart pressure cooker a few months ago and it has transformed my daily meals. Rice, beans, meat, steamed vegetables, everything is very good. The pressure cooker mode cooks almost without supervision and extra modes such as slow cooking or steaming are very useful.I love the 1100 W power because it reduces the cooking time a lot; cleaning is also easy, especially with the inner pot and the grid that come included, and the materials feel quality. The safety function to release steam is good, and the stainless steel resists well without rusting or staining too much. For my family, it is ideal, since 6 rooms is enough for several dishes. If you want the kitchen to go faster and with less effort, this pot is an excellent purchase.

An Absolute Must-Have! Fast, Versatile, and Great Quality.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the COSORI pressure cooker. The 9-in1 functionality does it all, from super-fast pressure cooking to perfect Sous vide. The ceramic non-stick inner pot is a huge bonus-nothing sticks and its’s incredibly easy to clean! It’s sturdy, the 6QT capacity is ideal, and its 12 safety features give me complete peace of mind.

    Highly recommend getting one.
I own 3 Casori products now and all of them are great machines. I have a dehydrator, 6qt air fryer, and this multi cooker.I am impressed with how versatile it is. 8 quarts capacity makes it big enough for bigger cuts of meat. It cuts the cooking time in half and is very easy to use. It is fully functional allowing you to yse it for sous vide, simmering chili, soups, and stews, and you can make yogurt and proof bread doughs in it too.It has changed my life, and at $90 at the time of purchase, is is $50 less than the most popular brand name. This was a runner up on America’s Test Kitchen as a budget multi cooker. I HIGHLE recommend it.

The Best Pressure Cooker I’ve Ever Owned – COSORI Has Outdone Themselves
I’ve only had the COSORI Pressure Cooker 6 qt, 9-in-1 Instant Multi Kitchen Appliance for two days, and I can already tell you this: it completely blows the Instant Pot out of the water. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve used different multi-cookers in the past and always ended up just “okay” with them—until now. COSORI nailed it with this one, and I’m officially a brand loyalist. I already own a few of their other products, and with this pressure cooker, I’ve basically become a full-on COSORI fanboy.Let’s start with the nonstick ceramic inner pot. This thing is next-level. Unlike other cookers I’ve used that claim to be “nonstick,” this one actually delivers. I made shredded chicken the first night, and absolutely nothing stuck to the bottom. Clean-up took less than a minute—no soaking, no scrubbing, just a quick wipe and rinse. That might not sound like a big deal to some people, but for me, it’s a game changer. I cook a lot, and I hate dealing with stuck-on food or flaking coatings. This ceramic pot is super smooth and easy to clean, and it feels way more durable than others I’ve owned. The build quality is solid. It looks and feels premium. The controls are intuitive and responsive. The display is clear, and the button layout actually makes sense (you’d be surprised how many companies mess that up). Switching between modes is fast and smooth, and the preheat time is quicker than what I’m used to. Every function I’ve tried so far—pressure cook, sauté, slow cook, and rice—has worked flawlessly. I’ve gotten consistent, delicious results with minimal effort. The sauté function deserves its own shoutout. A lot of these multi-cookers have underpowered sauté modes that feel like you’re trying to brown meat with a hair dryer. Not this one. It heats up quickly and actually gets hot enough to develop a nice sear, which is something I’ve struggled to get from other pressure cookers.Another little thing I love: it’s quiet. It doesn’t hiss or make a bunch of unnecessary noise during the cooking process. When pressure is released, it’s controlled and not as violently loud as I’ve experienced with other models.I also really appreciate that COSORI didn’t overcomplicate the design. It has 9 useful functions and doesn’t try to be something it’s not. There’s no gimmicky “yogurt” button or some obscure mode I’ll never use. Everything on here makes sense and has a purpose.Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about it. I know some people might be looking for a “but…” at this point, but there isn’t one. From unboxing to cooking to cleaning, this has been a perfect experience. I almost wish I had more complaints just to sound balanced, but nope—this thing is just that good.Final Thoughts:If you’re in the market for a pressure cooker, or even if you already own an Instant Pot or something similar, do yourself a favor and upgrade to the COSORI. The nonstick ceramic pot alone is worth it, but the performance and design push it into a league of its own. I never thought I’d get excited about a kitchen appliance, but here I am, writing a glowing review like it’s a new car or something. This pressure cooker has officially earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter. And now I’m eyeing even more COSORI products to add to my collection. Safe to say, I’m all in.Rating: 5 out of 5. Would give 6 if I could.

My wife loves it — cooks fast and easy!
Great pressure cooker! Easy to use and cooks fast. My wife loves it and uses it almost every day. Food comes out perfect every time. Highly recommend!

This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options, functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve.I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use.Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the ‘Saute’ and ‘Rice’ programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes – perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven!Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out )The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean tooI cant wait to try more programmes and the ‘Delay Start’ timer in the next few days!If you’re pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I’d say go for it, its really great value for money!

I wanted a pressure cooker, and this is so much more. It arrived yesterday and already it’s cooked dried kidney beans to perfection; it sautes and there is a rice cook function, the 2 pilaus I’ve made were also perfect – lid on and 14 minutes later you’re done, leaving me to cook the curry in peace. It’s only day 2 but i can tell that this marvellous machine will be an important part of my kitchen. Oh, the instructions are well laid out and easy to understand.

Superb cooker that does what it says. The ceramic bowl is a big plus and was one of the major selling points to us. It has lived up to our expectations. The first unit we received had to be replaced as it was received dented yet both boxes surrounding it were unmarked! We ordered a second unit which was received in perfect condition.
