I’ve been using this MCT oil/ collagen powder in my coffee for a few years. It dissolves easily with stirring. It also adds to the creaminess of the coffee. I like the flavorless version so that it can be used in other foods as well.

Reduced hair loss and prevents after-crying puffy face!!
I found that the Beauty Collagen did in fact give me good results with my hair, nails and skin. My hair loss was reduced and my hair has felt softer at the crown. My middle-aged skin and nails are looking healthy as well and I even managed to survive a good hard cry without having the telltale puffy face afterward. I credit the collagen because that was the only thing that changed in my diet and lifestyle since my last good cry.I feel like the collagen may also have a soothing effect on the intestines because that part of my body seems to be happy as well.As advertised, the Beauty Collagen is not flavored so I found it necessary to use a half packet of powdered True Lime flavoring per collagen serving. After using the only the collagen for two weeks to assess the results, I then combined the Superfood with Beauty Collagen for a combined power beverage. I think these two products work and taste good together and will use them together going forward.

Love this product and it is on auto renew. I use it, my daughter uses it and my son. We love the ease of putting it in smoothies, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. No taste, helps with skin and hair.. and we love the way we feel after using it for 4 months!
