Remove sleeve. Vent film slightly. Microwave for 2-3 minutes in 1000 watt microwave. Stir the meal (if applicable). Heat in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
Transfer to skillet, heat on low for 5-10 minutes. Add water if necessary and cover. Stir occasionally.
Transfer to oven-safe pan. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.

I wanted to try this meal kit to save time and to care for nutrients. My first delivery was delayed for 2 days (courier problem) but the sellers sent me another kit so i can try out fresh/frozen food again. Bad Experience
Two of the 6 meals came came damage. The plastic wrap was were broken. And when I ate 2 of the 4 meals that were left, I was in the bathroom the next morning. I did receive a refund for the 2 meals that were damage.
