Can’t pick your meals.
Very high in sodium. Every meal sent was poultry prepared with either BBQ or red sauce. I did not enjoy the taste.

One word of caution. There are 2 different ‘packages’. Buy the one that’s a bit more expensive. It’s MUCH better. This is a good quality & good tasting meal for those nights when you beef something healthy & FAST!

Great food, decent variety, and easy enough to just throw in the microwave to heat then eat (they say 2-3min but I would say its more like 4-5min depending on the dish) my ONLY gripe is the pricing but when you think about it; it’s worth the $ in the end. Some meals have 54g of protein, others have 35g, good portions, and it comes shipped with dry ice not your cheap+standard 1-use ice packs.
