poorly made plastic parts break
I purchased this product recently and the plastic covering the arm is very cheap and has broken rendering the steamer useless. I have contacted the company for replacement parts and am waiting for their reply.I must add that I contacted the company who is sending out replacement parts for the broken pieces. Excellent customer service.

Crap!!!
Refund!!! I purchased this in May 2013 and in November 2013 the plastic piece around the steam arm fell on the client. The arm was bending as soon as July. Waste of money, and I don’t use it more than 5 times in a week.

My steamer was missing the screws to put it together, I spoke to someone at amazon and have yet to receive the missing parts. I have been unable to use the steamer at my place of business and am very dissatisfied 🙁

This product did not have the ability to produce enough steam for a treatment and the ozone wasn’t working. The timer is loud and it makes a dinging sound once the hour is up.
