A wonderful set and a very, very nice bag. Borghese products never disappoint. You need very little to get great results which makes it affordable to me. I have been using the Fango Mud for decades and I can tell you it stands the test of time. I wish there was a little more product, but I am satisfied and will purchase again.

This is an excellent set of skin products. They are a very nice set that come with a nice travel bag. They are the perfect travel size and you will have not issues with TSA. Love that you can have the perfect set of great skin care while traveling. You will love these products as your skin will glow after using them.

A wonderful set to try out the wonderful world of Borghese.
The Borghese Skin Renewal Discovery Set is truly a delight. It includes some of their best sellers starting with Crema Caponetta cream cleanser, the Active Mask booster, the Fango Mud Mask for the face and body, the Radiant, Revitalize and Firm mask, and the Overnight Resurfacing Mask that contains BHAs and AHAs. For me, the part that excited me the most was the bag. It is this gorgeous green with gold writing and has gold metal feet on the bottom! Makeup bags with feet are so rare and this one has nice sized ones that protect it from any place you have to set it down. It is just stunning and I won’t buy a purse without feet so when I see a makeup bag with them, it is just amazing. For $59, with the bag and even though none of them are truly full sized, some of the masks are still quite large while some are tiny, making this a total steal if you have been thinking of trying this brand. The cleanser is a typical hydrating cleanser that does not strip your skin, though I actually think it could have been more hydrating. The Mask Booster is applied and then you wait for it to dry before applying your pick of the night. It is supposed to balance your moisture levels while you mask with hyaluronic acid and soybeen seed extract. The Fango Mud Mask is the star of the show. I love mud masks and you get quite a bit of this one. There is enough to use this one quite a few times. It nourishes and exfoliates and is good for all skin types. My skin felt nice and tight afterwards. Super clean, but not stripped and my pores felt smaller. The firming mask is small and there is probably only enough for two uses, maybe three. It is a bright gold color, but beyond the typical clean feel after a mask, I didn’t feel a difference, let alone have tight skin. It is supposed to hydrate and minimize the appearance of fine lines. The smallest mask is the overnight mask with poly hydroxy acids. I believe there is only enough for one use but I unfortunately can not try it as my rosacea cannot tolerate any exfoliators except for azaleic acid. All in all, I think it is such a deal for everything you get and is a great way to try the brand out! And if you love masks, even better!

Underwhelming
This was my first exposure to the Borghese brand, and I definitely wouldn’t spend the $59 to buy another of these sets.The set includes a sampling of all the “standard” skincare items, and comes in a nice bag which I’ll definitely be reusing as a travel makeup bag. However, while all the skincare products are nice and “work” as advertised, I can’t say that they worked any better than the store brand products I usually buy for just a fraction of the price. I do have very fair skin, and none of the products caused an irritation. But aside from that, I have mostly unproblematic skin, so maybe someone with more challenging skincare needs might get improved results from this set.

Beautiful kit to sample different formulas
Such a classy looking skincare kit. I’ve used other Borghese products before and I’ve found things I like and don’t like from this brand. It’s more on the expensive side so getting a little sample of multiple products is great to try out. I’m not usually a fan of mud masks and I actually do like this one. It’s still messy to put on and take off but it leave my skin soft and feels great if I got a little too much sun for the day. They are all the perfect size for travel too.
