When I first got the box, the shipping box itself was pretty damaged because it is so massive and bulky. But I was pleasantly surprised that everything inside was packaged extremely well so each piece survived. Absolutely everything was wrapped up and there was Styrofoam protecting everything. The directions and sheer amount of pieces was very intimidating. I’m not going to lie… It took me several hours to put together. But as I got going, I realized there’s enough information included to put it together correctly the first time. It was not nearly as difficult as I expected at first glance. As long as I took my time, it all went together well. And it’s very obvious that the pieces are well made. Everything went together exactly as explained, the pilot holes were perfectly drilled, everything fit beautifully, every screw and piece was accounted for, and it feels sturdy and well made. You can tell extra attention was given to each detail, which I very much appreciate. And the results are STUNNING! It fits so many things inside, it’s easy to adjust shelves to accommodate my items, the drawer slides out smoothly, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I’m very proud of the end result, and it was worth every penny and ounce of effort putting it together.

Be prepared to fix some of the errors overall good unit
Don’t care what anyone else says here. It is not a strong unit.Looks good yes.The instructions are pictorials and not very good copy quality.Some steps left out but being mechanically inclined help navigate the missing instructions.Top and bottom cabinets simply would not join together to activate the cam locks. (These are junk and broke one right off the bat.) Turns out the metal sleeves inside the pilot holes for the long dowel pins were skewed. (Off center) Had to take a phillips screw driver and pound into each one to line up the metal holding sleeve. Then was able to insert the long dowel pins and connect to the cam locks.Most important point DON’T use a cordless screw driver! The soft wood will strip out trying to apply the cheap screws. The good news all the other pilot holes and cam locks were perfectly placed.Took the lovely bride and I 2-3 hours to assemble. Not bad considering all the components.Assemble it near the location you plan to use it! Again, it’s not sturdy so move carefully.You can add wood glue to all contact surfaces and dowel pins. This will greatly improve the strength of this unit. Just make double sure everything is in the right position! Or you will regret this step. :)It also came with a bunch of pivot pins. Like the ones you use on cabinet doors. However, there is no where to put these. The doors have the standard small metal hinges. Magnets are weak even though there are magnets at the top and bottom of each door. You may wish to replace these later. But so far these function ok.I would recommend this unit as it looks good and holds a lot of items. Just be prepared to fix a few issues and navigate the instructions. Wood glue would definitely help with this one.It comes with 2 anti-tip brackets on the top cabinet. Strongly recommend using these once set up into the area you plan to use it. (Adjustable too.)

Looks very nice and instruction was fairly easy to follow except for the drawer assembly.Overall I am happy with the product.

Wonderful storgage solution for my kitchen
What a wonderful addition to my kitchen. It is stlish and very functional for shelf and drawer storage. The materials are durable and easy to clean. I used a professional for the assembly and installation and it took no time at all to complete. The color blends well into my existing kitchen cabinets. I use it for storing food and kitchenware items. Very pleased with this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:love the pantry, solid, perfect pink color, I was able to put it together my self, only bad part was there was not enough screws to put the hinges on all 4 doors, no customer service help at all , screws not easy to find, but i did

Poor quality control – missing holes prevents assembly
The assembly instructions do not have language. Its images only and appear to be extracts from assembly line work instructions. I say this because its batch assembled (prep) like you would going down a line. Images are small and its easy to miss fine detail on part orientation which can lead to disassembly and reassembly.My panel 10 was missing 6 drilled holes that connect the lower cabinet to the upper. This prevented the cabinet from being assembled. I sent feedback to the supplier requesting to swap out panel 10 only. They requested photos to understand the issue (attached). They agreed to send me a new panel 10. The Supplier was quick to response once receiving my complaint. I received confirmation on 12/5 to get a replacement panel and it arrived on 12/7. In total I was delayed about 1 week to complete the build.The wooden dowel pins are not an interference fit to the hole, so they don’t help retention of the parts. The camlocks are not snug and could release over time with cabinet use. I would recommend comparing the parts to the instructions (especially the hole locations) ahead of assembly to make sure you have good parts. I would swap out the dowels with new ones from the hardware store or at the very least use wood glue during assembly. I would recommend gluing the drawer together.The cabinet is nice looking and comparable in price to similar cabinets that I looked at. I picked this one because they had a higher published shelf capacity (44 lbs) than the others that reviewed. It seems that today, its impossible to find a true natural wood cabinet under $300. This engineered wood cabinet is comparable with other brands.My initial rating was 1 star due to quality issues. With the replacement panel being provided and allowing me to avoid having to disassemble, box up, and return the entire cabinet, I’ll raise it to 3.
