I’ve tried the calm and the sleep so far. I toss and turn at least 7 times a night easily. I rubbed the sleep into my palms and inhaled deeply . I love the smell I kept inhaling it over and over. I slept so deeply I don’t remember tossing or turning. I usually sleep 8 hours and I slept 10. So to make sure I did this routine 3 nights in a row and slept 10 hours . I’m retired so I don’t mind but I don’t like sleeping that long every night . So I’d say it’s a YES .

I love using my oils I do feel that they help with certain things however I wish the scents would last longer. I love this product and will order again! The delivery was on time and the packaging was perfect, I love the box that it came in with individual slots for each oil.
