These are a stiff plastic that really is crystal clear – so you’ll see exactly what’s in the container, but the real selling point is the lids, incredibly EASY to open and close! The small containers aren’t going to store much, but are useful and are the only ones to have the latches on 2 sides instead of 4. The real winners (for my house at least) are the next size up… perfect for storing a couple portions of leftovers.I ended up buying a second set because of how useful the larger of the small containers are! The tiny ones would be very useful for condiments at a family gathering, however.

Teeny but useful
I didn’t realize how small these are when I got them, but they have proven useful for storing small amounts of anything. I have my yeast packet in one. They seal up nicely with snap hinges and have clear bottoms so you can see what’s inside. If I needed larger ones, I would not hesitate to get these as they are well made.

Smaller than I thought, but that’s MY fault, still good purchase
These are nice, just be aware of their size, an know in advance that these sizes are what you want. Although I expected them to be bigger, that was MY fault for not paying proper attention. It’s still a nice set of food storage boxes, in fact, perfect for things like storage of parts of canned items where you open the can, use half of what’s in the can, and then wonder what you’re going to do with the remainder. I used to waste a lot of time and energy doing things like putting clear plastic wrap over the can and rubber banding it,… Well, you don’t have to futz with that anymore, and you get recycle the can and get it out of your way quickly.

Meh.
I bought these because the full hinge on my other locking storage started breaking and they were a decent price. I do like that the lids are on a hinge, but the containers are smaller and very rigid. I’ve had the first set for a few months and one of the edges just broke. They can be a little hard to close if not absolutely properly lined up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We purchased a set of these containers from another store. Sadly, they no longer carry them. We have been using them for a couple years now. We love these containers! We cannot find the ones we’d previously purchased, so went with these. They work the same. We do not use them in the microwave or freezer. We use them for pantry storage and refrigerator storage and are used pretty much daily. There is no leaking odors coming from these containers. They have a good solid seal. I’m sure if we dropped them, they could possibly crack. We haven’t so I can’t comment on that. I took something in one of the containers to my daughters for a cookout recently. She liked them so much that she ordered a set too.

Leak proof, good looking mechanism. Microwave safe. Make sure to open the lid before microwaving, don’t just unlock it without opening the lid. Otherwise it’ll be difficult to open because of the difference in pressure.

Perfectos!Son muy estancos y ligeros.Son muy pequeños pero yo los compre justo por ello así que genial.Lo único que si cortas o rallas enseguida se nota.Por otro lado yo rotulo los tuppers con fecha para congelar, y al ser la tapa tan lisa es genial tanto para pintar como para borrar.
