It was large, high quality and easy to set-up and use. Well packaged!!
This is my first all face and all next/collar red-light therapy mask! I found it sat as expected and was not too heavy and not uncomfortable. The initial set-up has the red light on for 10 minutes so you don’t have to time it then it switches to blue light automatically. After 10 min, I was antsy so will circle back to do the other modes later! That being said, it was well packaged in a big box. The straps are separate so you look at the photos and figure out how to put it on there – it was easy and straight forward. My biggest tip is that you plug both masks into the REMOTE! The remote is the battery as well. So then you hit the main middle circle button (hold) to turn it on and from there it’s straight forward. I had to look at the photos to understand where and how every plugged in – I’m glad they had diagrams. There wasn’t much copy on the quick start manual but I got it anyway!! The collar is huge like a bib and it overlapped on my tank top so maybe just wear it with a bra so there’s no fabric between the light and your skin! It was not warm on the red light . I think if I had kept it on – it might have slightly warmed up. I like a lil warmth! Overall, as long as you’re disciplined I think it will work and appears to be a high quality product. It listed the wave lengths on the booklet which is helpful and makes it feel very legit. I can’t tell for sure it’s working as I’ve only used it once, but it appeared very bright and powerful! I think I can lay it on my hands and do some therapy for my hands later!! You can lay it on other parts of the body if you want – and as long as you’re ok with the awkward sizes (which I am!). I like multi use products!! (4 stars is my average highest rating; 5 reserved for exceptional items that exceed expectations)

The experience was fantastic! The red light penetrates deep into the skin, and the temperature is just right, making it very comfortable to use. After five days of continuous use, I noticed that the skin on my neck and face felt firmer, and my skin tone became brighter and more even. I definitely recommend it!

Good coverage, but heavy
Review for: AAQ Red Light Therapy for Face -Led Face Mask Light Therapy with Pure Light Boost, Red Light Mask for Face & Neck Device with Long-Lasting Power Supply, Rechargeable & Portable for Home UseI have been using another red-light facial mask for about 6 months, but was interested in one like this because of the neck and chest piece. I didn’t get a red-light mask to address any particular skin concerns – more so preventative – so I honestly can’t say if they actually work or not. But I persist out of vanity, lol.For the positives – this mask feels well-made. It was packaged well, and it’s easy and intuitive to use. Charge up the little battery pack before the first use, plug in your two cords – one to the face piece and one to the neck piece – and turn it on. You can customize how you want to use it a bit in time, light intensity, and color. I’ve just been using it on the 30-min setting with ALL the lights, brightest setting, which is the “anti-aging” cycle. I haven’t noticed any warmness from the lights. Other than the fact that you look a bit like Leather Face while doing the routine, it’s easy. It’s also kind of nice to say, “Hey, I’m setting aside 20 or 30 mins today to do this thing for myself,” at least for me. The battery pack is fine. I generally get maybe 2 or full 30-min cycles from a charge, which seems on par with other similar devices. I generally recharge after every use just because it’s convenient.But there are also a few negatives. First, the face part of the mask is very heavy, especially compared to my other red-light mask. It’s heavy to the point where it’s uncomfortable for me, even laying down. Because of the weight, it’s really not possible to use this mask in any way other than sitting or reclining, despite what the photoshopped product photos show. My other mask has a strap at the top that goes over the head that alleviates the weight and makes it a lot more comfortable and mobile. This one doesn’t, so in order to get it to stay in place, I have to strap it a little tighter. The eye covers are super uncomfortable, too. I have to adjust the face part multiple times during the 30-min cycle because it just presses down terrible on the bridge of my nose.Also, the face mask is a bit long on me. The mouth hole is actually over my chin, and the strip between the nose and mouth cutout is generally pressed against my lips. I feel like I have a pretty standard size face? Maybe not. It’s just a weird fit all around.Lastly, the lights on the mask aren’t as intense as I expected. With my other mask, when it gets bright, it gets BRIGHT (and also a little warm) and you can see a little light spill out, even with the eyepieces on. On this one, even on the highest setting, I sometimes still double-check that it’s on because I can’t really tell, and there’s no change in temperature. Because there are different settings for intensity, I’m assuming that higher intensity = more impact or better results, but the highest setting isn’t nearly as bright as my other mask.What I’ve started doing is continuing to use my older red-light mask for my face, and just using the neck/chest piece of this set, and that’s fine. It works. However, at this price point, if I was looking for a new set that included both pieces, I would want something that fit better, was more comfortable, and had more oomph.
