Great for meal prep!
The lids are not leak proof (but they are paper so I don’t know why anyone would expect leak-proof), but they are overall excellent for meal prep. I meal prep regularly and while the lids are not leakproof, the bowls do seem to be soak-proof. Food does NOT soak through them. Will buy again and again.

Theses are some of my favorite containers. I meal prep and I love that I can put thes containers in the freezer as well as the microwave. The only con and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I have had some issues with lids but sealing all the way.
