Poorly made. Cheap plastic. Doesn’t work.
This was a terrible product made of cheap plastic. There’s not enough pressure or a away to direct the steam down towards a persons face or body. Instead it just floats up and away. And if you leave cold attachment on like is shown in the pictures the machine gets so hot that it MELTS the cold steam tube and it bends and falls out of the machine. Additionally, the water catch that boils the water is also in a plastic container which is likely leaching plastic into the water that is then expected to be sprayed on peoples face. If I could, I would return this thing. Its trash.
